Apple has moved WWDC 2020 Developer Conference to online format due to coronavirus pandemic
For the first time in history, it will be held only in the online broadcast mode. Apple has translated the annual WWDC Developer Conference into an online format. The event will traditionally be held in June, but only online. This was reported to TJ by Apple.
As the company noted, at the event, developers will get early access to new versions of iOS, iPad, macOS, watchOS and tvOS. They will also be able to chat with Apple engineers who create proprietary applications, but how it is not specified.
Apple has promised to transfer a million dollars to local organizations in San Jose to compensate for losses due to the online transfer of the conference.
The first version of the note said that Apple is compensating a billion dollars to entrepreneurs in San Jose. In fact, it was a million dollars. The author and editors of TJ apologize for the inaccuracy.
